Description: brilliant straw yellow colour with a green tint.Very fine, fruity (apples, peaches), forward varietal aroma. Pronounced, elegant, grapey flavour, light to medium-bodiedwith a fresh mouth-watering finish. When properly cellared, this wine may be kept for at least 2 – 4 years.

Suggested food: as an aperitif, with starters, salads, asparagus, all kind of seafood and pasta dishes.

Origin: selected vineyard sites in the southern part of the Alto Adige appellation (Salorno, Magrè, Cortaccia and Pochi), at 300 to 500 metres a.s.l.(980 – 1,650 feet). Soils are sandy, gravelly and with a high content of limestone. Large temperature variation between day and night.

Age of the vines: 7 – 62 years

Harvested: early September 2015

Vinification: Soft crushing and pressing of the grapes,

fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maturation for

approximately four months on the lees.

Alcohol: 13.0 % by vol.

Acidity: 5.3 g / litre

Bottled: February 2016

Release: March 2016

ALOIS LAGEDER ALTO ADIGE ITÁLIE

Rodinná firma s historií od roku 1823, dnes vedena Aloisem Lagederem, zástupcem 5. generace. Maximální důraz je kladen na snoubení tradice a inovace. Vína Alois Lageder jsou vyráběna bio-dynamickou metodou. Jeho vína jsou známá daleko za hranicemi Jižního Tyrolska. Před pár desítkami let se jako první vydal náročnou cestou nekompromisní kvality a odstartoval tak revoluci v jihotyrolském vinaření. Zaměřil se na kvalitu dle hesla „kvalita místo kvantity", tím prokázal jihotyrolským vínům a vinařům, kteří ho dodnes následují skvělou službu. Je také zároveň mecenášem umění a prezidentem Muzeionu, jihotyrolského muzea moderního a současného umění v Bozen.
